The Settings section allows agency users to manage agency account configuration. Available settings depend on the user role and permissions. Settings include:

  • Profile Info;
  • Notifications;
  • Users;
  • Billing;
  • Security;
  • API.

Profile Info

The Profile Info section contains basic agency account information. Users can review agency account details, such as name and related profile data. Available fields may depend on the account configuration.

Notifications

The Notifications section allows users to manage notification preferences.

This may include low balance notifications.

For low balance notifications, users able to:

  • enable or disable alerts;
  • set a threshold;
  • receive notifications when the balance reaches the configured value.

Users

The Users section allows agency admins to manage agency users.

The section displays the number of available user slots, for example: Available: 9/10

The users table includes:

Column

Description

Name

User login or email.

Role

User role in the agency account.

Agency users may have one of the following roles:

Role

Description

Admin

Full access to agency functionality.

Financial Manager

Access to finance-related information and financial operations.

User

Limited access, mainly for viewing clients and reports.

The main agency user has the Admin role and may not be editable.

3. Settings

Add User

Users with the permissions can add a new agency user. The Add User form includes:

Field

Description

Email

Email of the new user.

Role

Role assigned to the user.

After saving, the invited user receives an email with instructions.

Edit User Role

Admins can change roles for agency users where allowed. Role changes affect which sections and actions are available to the user. Some users, such as the main Admin user, have restricted editing.

Delete User

Admins can delete agency users. Before deletion, a confirmation message is shown. Deleted users lose access to the agency account.

Billing

The Billing section follows the standard billing logic available in the client dashboard. Users with the required permissions can review billing-related settings and payment options.

Security

The Security section includes account protection settings. This include two-factor authentication setup.

API

The API section provides access to agency API credentials and related API documentation.

Users with access can use:

  • ID;
  • token;

The API section is available only when API access is enabled for the account and the user has the required permissions.
