Refund Requests for Advertisers

If you’d like to request a refund, please contact your Account Manager or email us at support@adskeeper.com. Be sure to include your:

  • Account name;
  •  Account ID;
  • Reason for the request;
  • any other relevant details.

Once your refund is approved:

  • Credit card payments will be processed within 3–5 business days.

  • Wire transfer refunds will be forwarded to our finance team and scheduled for the next payment cycle.
