# Opening a Client Dashboard

Agency users may be able to open a connected client account directly from the Clients list. Where supported, the client name works as a link to the client dashboard.

A tooltip may be shown: **Go to the Client Dashboard**

This allows the agency user to view and manage a client account from the client's perspective.

When viewing a client dashboard, the agency user can return to the Agency Account using **Return to My Account.**

This option is available throughout the client dashboard while the agency user is viewing a client account. Access to this action depends on the user's role and permissions. For security reasons, an agency user can have only one active session context at a time.

The client dashboard opens in the same browser tab. An agency user can view only one client account at a time and cannot access multiple client dashboards simultaneously. To open another client account, the user must first return to the Agency Account.

This approach helps ensure secure account access, prevents unauthorized cross-account interactions, and protects client data.
