Navigating the Reports Interface in AdSpace

The Reports section gives you deep visibility into campaign results—all in one place. You can build, analyze, and export reports from a single interface, view data across up to three dimensions, and tailor what you see with flexible filters and metrics.

Note: impression metrics are optional and can slow loading.

Create a Custom Report

  1. Open Reports from your dashboard. You’ll land on a default template view.

2. Start a new report. Click the Plus icon in the side panel. A new draft called “Report 1” appears.

3. Configure what to analyze.
  • Dimensions (up to 3): e.g., campaign ID, device type, country.
  • Filters: narrow the set (date range, campaign ID, and others).
  • Metrics: choose the KPIs you need: clicks, impressions, conversions, etc. (Impressions may increase load time.)

4.  Review live results and save. Data updates as you tweak settings and click Save.

Saving options:

  • Save: keep the current setup under its current name (or “Report 1”). It’s added to Saved Reports. Important: if you leave without saving, your changes are lost.

AdS_reports_4

  • Save as New: keep the original intact and create a separate report. You’ll be prompted to name it.

Work with Saved Reports

Open Saved Reports in the side menu anytime to continue analysis or refine settings.

Click the three-dot icon to manage the reports.

The system allows you to apply the following adjustments:

  • Edit settings: adjust and Save to overwrite, or Save as New to version it.
  • Edit name: rename and add a description for easier identification.
  • Duplicate: make an exact copy (the name will include “copy”).
  • Delete: remove reports you no longer need.
  • Copy link: share a direct URL with teammates in the same account.

Use Report Template

Feel free to utilize the system’s predefined report templates.

Here are the options how you can manage the templates:

  1. Access templates in the Report view; they appear with a star icon alongside saved reports.
  2. Pick a template that fits your use case (e.g., spend analysis, hourly breakdowns).
  3. Adjust as needed - filters, metrics, and dimensions work just like in custom reports.

Changes here won’t alter the original template unless you save a new report.

4. Edit templates safely by adjusting settings and clicking Save as New to store your version in custom reports.

If you change a template and don’t Save as New, your edits are discarded when you exit.

Template tools:

  • Duplicate: create a customizable copy while keeping the template intact.
  • Copy link: share a direct URL for collaboration.

Features and Limitations

Save and Export

  • Save: finalize the setup, click Save, name the report, and confirm. It appears under Saved Reports.
  • Export: choose Export to download a CSV for sharing or external analysis. Currently, CSV is the only export format.

Comparison Mode

Use Comparison Mode with either templates or custom reports to spot trends and deltas quickly.

  • Turn it on
  • Select the main date range.
  • Comparison is enabled only when a valid comparison window exists.

Presets

  • Previous Period: same length as your main range, immediately prior.
  • Previous Month: same calendar dates in the month before (unavailable if a matching window can’t be found).

While comparing, you can:

  • Edit the chart, filters, metrics, and dimensions.
  • Save or Save as New for custom reports.
  • Save as New for templates.

Comparison period rules

  • Within 180 days of today.
  • Must be before the main period.
  • Must be the same duration as the main period.

Example: growth in purchased traffic

View main vs. comparison tables to see changes in CTR, conversions, CPC, and more—plus percent differences—so you can pinpoint what moved.

Export is unavailable in Comparison Mode due to the data structure.

Global Limitations

  • Data window: up to 90 days of lookback to keep reports responsive.
  • Unsupported types: video campaigns are not included.
  • Performance note: enabling impression metrics can increase load time.
