Overview

The Metric Selection feature is designed to help you locate relevant metrics faster, build custom table views, and analyze large volumes of data more efficiently. Metrics are grouped into structured categories and supported by search and column management tools, allowing you to tailor the dashboard to your workflow.

This functionality is available in all areas that display performance data in table format, including:

  • AdSpace Adskeeper main page
  • Ads (creatives)
  • Widget optimization
  • Campaign statistics

Two preset types are available:

  • Default preset – the system-defined metric configuration
  • Custom presets – user-created metric configurations

Presets make it easy to switch between different reporting and optimization views. You can also adjust the current column setup at any time using the Customize Columns option.

How Presets Work

The Default Preset is maintained by the system and cannot be renamed or removed. If you modify the metric selection while using this preset, you can save those changes as a new custom preset.

Custom presets allow you to save personalized metric configurations. You can:

  • Create new presets
  • Rename existing presets
  • Update saved configurations
  • Delete presets

Use the preset dropdown menu to quickly switch between saved metric views.

Selecting Customize Columns opens the preset editor, where you can:

  • Add or remove metrics
  • Reorder columns
  • Update the current preset
  • Create a new preset based on the current configuration

2. Metric

The editor is divided into three sections:

  1. Categories — browse available metric groups.
  2. Metric library — search and select metrics within the chosen category.
  3. Selected metrics — review and reorder the metrics currently displayed in your table.

Available metric categories:

  • Settings
  • Performance
  • Conversions
  • Video
  • Website engagement

The order of metrics in the Selected Metrics panel determines the column order in the table.

How to Manage Presets

To create or update a preset:

  1. Open the preset dropdown menu.
  2. Select an existing preset or click Customize Columns.
  3. Choose the desired metric category.
  4. Search for and add the required metrics.
  5. Rearrange metrics if needed using drag-and-drop.
  6. Save your changes:
    • Save — updates the current user preset.
    • Save as new preset — creates a new preset from the current configuration.

The active preset is automatically applied to the table and highlighted in the preset menu.

If no custom preset is selected, the system uses the Default Preset.

You can store up to 10 presets, including the Default Preset.

Available actions for custom presets:

  • Rename preset
  • Update columns
  • Delete

3. Metric

When deleting a preset, a confirmation message is displayed. If the deleted preset is currently active, the system automatically switches back to the Default preset.
