Ads & Content That Push Boundaries, But Stay Within Them
The Low Safety level is designed for advertising materials and landing page content that provoke curiosity, challenge norms, or address sensitive or adult-oriented themes, but do not violate legal, ethical, or platform guidelines.
Both ads (creatives, thumbnails, headlines) and landing page content under this ranking may include sexually suggestive, shocking, or high-risk elements, provided they remain non-explicit, non-illegal, and non-offensive to protected groups.
Ads of this nature typically have a more limited traffic reach. To determine if your ad falls under this ranking, please monitor notifications in the Dashboard.

Important notes:
- Low safety content may test boundaries, but it must always stay reviewable, reversible, and legally sound.
- Even borderline themes (sexual, gross, financial, fake endorsement) must not trick, traumatize, or offend.
- Manual moderation or legal review may be necessary before launching the campaign.
If either the ad creative or the landing page content falls under the Low Safety Ranking, the entire advertising is classified as Low Safety Ranking.
