How to add creatives

To create ads, follow these steps:

  • Go to the Campaigns tab.

  • Click +CreateAds.

  • Pick the campaign(s) to add the ad to.
  • Add the content URL (your landing page).
  • Write your title(s).

  • Upload media. Use engaging, high-contrast images.

Select a clear image that remains legible when resized. We use three aspect ratios for images in our ads (16:9, 3:2, and 1:1). Make sure your image works in all three aspect ratios, so that key elements like logos, text, and faces remain. Ensure that the image matches your product, advertising title, and text. When using a photo editor or adding a logo, avoid overloading the ad with excessive elements. 

The requirements for media files:

⚬ Allowed formats are jpg, jpeg, png, mp4, mov, gif.

⚬ Minimum file size is 600x400.

⚬ Images must be up to 5 mb.

⚬ Videos and gifs must be up to 15 sec.

  • Add a description that clearly explains your product or service. 

Provide a comprehensive description of your product or service, highlighting discounts, special offers, and unique benefits.

In certain widgets, this description may not be displayed, so ensure your title effectively conveys the main idea.

You can generate titles/descriptions with the AI Text Generator and images with the AI Image Generator. 

  • Choose a call to action from the dropdown list.
  • Add Third-Party Pixels to track impressions at the creative level.
  • Click Save and your ads will automatically go to moderation.

How to upload creatives in bulk

You can add multiple ads at once using the bulk upload option. Each file supports up to 100 rows. If you need to upload more than that, simply divide your data into several files.

Here’s how to do it:

1. Go to the Create Ads form and click on the Upload icon. A pop-up window will appear, giving you access to the CSV template.

2. Download the CSV template. Use this template to make sure your file is formatted correctly.

Fill out the following fields:

  • URL (required): Enter the landing page link for each ad. This is the only mandatory field.
  • Title, ImageUrl, and Description: Add these details for each ad if you have them available.
  • CTA: If you want to use a Call-to-Action, type the desired text manually in this column.

If you leave the optional fields (Title, Image URL, Description, and CTA) empty, the system will automatically pull the Title and Image URL from the metadata of the URL you provided.

3. Once your CSV file is ready, go back to the platform and upload it.

4. After uploading, you'll see a preview of all the creatives. Check each one to make sure everything looks correct. You can edit the titles, images, descriptions, or CTAs as needed.

5. Save your creatives to complete the upload process.

To prevent errors, double-check your CSV file format before uploading. If you're letting the system auto-fill optional fields, ensure all URLs are valid and include the necessary metadata.
