How to Add a Client to the Agency Account
Agency users with the permissions can create new client accounts from the Agency Account.
The main user-facing flow is available from the Clients tab.
1. To create a new client, the user clicks Create in the Clients section. A side panel or creation form opens.

2. The user must fill in the following fields:

If the email is already used, the user sees a validation message.
After the client is created, some fields, such as currency and country, may no longer be editable.
3. The form includes the checkbox:
Notify the client that the dashboard has been created
If the checkbox is enabled, the client receives an email with instructions for setting up dashboard access.
After completing the authorization process, the client will gain access to their account, where they can manage campaigns, create and edit creatives, and view performance statistics and reports within the Client Dashboard.
If the checkbox is disabled, the client account is created without sending an authorization email.
After successful creation:
- the form is closed;
- a success message is displayed;
- the user is redirected back to the Clients list;
- the newly created client may be shown using a filter by Client ID.
When a client is created by an agency, the system automatically connects the client to the agency account.
