All payments are issued once a month according to the NET 30 payment terms. This means that your last month's earnings will be paid by the end of the current month. For example, if you reached the minimum payout limit in July, your payment request will be created on the 1st of August, and the payout will be sent to you at the end of August.
If the pay date occurs on a weekend, then the payment will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an email notification once the payment is sent. Please, allow 1-3 business days for the payments to arrive.

If you prefer to get paid on your bank account it’s necessary to sign an IO agreement. In addition to that, if you are an individual entrepreneur it is required to sign KYC and provide us with a copy of your ID or a passport. Prior to every payment we’ll need to receive an invoice from you. The manager will send you IO and KYC.
Changing and editing the active payment method
You are able to switch/edit your payment method while the payout status is “pending”. After the payout status was changed to “approved”, you cannot change the payment method. Payout requests are reviewed before every 15th day of the month, please apply any changes during the first half of the month. If you need to change payout method and can't do it, please contact your manager.
To add a new payment method, click on the 'Add new payment method' button. Then choose your payment method, fill in the details, and Save changes.
Please be informed that when you add/change your payment details in the Dashboard, you receive a confirmation link to your email. Only after the confirmation, you will be able to receive payment.
