Column Customization

The Clients tab is the default section of the Agency Dashboard. It provides a centralized overview of all client accounts connected to the agency. Agency users can review client information, balances, spend, and available actions.

Balance and Header Area

At the top of the Clients tab, the agency user can see the agency balance.

The balance area may include:

  • Main wallet - displays the amount of money on the balance that was deposited into the advertising agency’s account.

  • Bonus wallet - displays the amount of bonuses currently available in the agency’s account, which were credited by the system as bonus funds.
  • Total wallet - displays the current total amount across all wallets, including Main and Bonus wallets.
  • Total earnings - displays the total amount of all money top-ups made to the agency over the entire period. Clicking it opens the list of transactions for the last year in the financial interface.
  • Total bonus - displays the total amount of all bonus accruals credited to the agency over the entire period. Clicking it opens the list of transactions for the last year in the financial interface.

The balance is displayed in the agency account currency.

Metrics and Charts

The Clients tab includes performance metrics and charts.

Available metrics may include:

  • Active clients
  • Total spend (in agency currency)
  • Impressions (Viewable)
  • Impressions (Total)
  • Clicks
  • Conversions (Main goal)
  • Conversions (Additional goal 1)
  • Conversions (Additional goal 2)
  • CPA (Main goal)
  • CPA (Additional goal 1)
  • CPA (Additional goal 2)
  • ROAS
  • CTR
  • vCTR
  • CPV
  • Visits
  • Landing Rate
  • Time on site (Avg. engagement time)
  • Avg CPC (Excl. data fee)

Charts can be viewed by different aggregation periods:

  • day;
  • week;
  • Month.

Clients Table

The Clients table displays all client accounts connected to the agency.

Column

Description

Client ID

Unique client account ID.

Name

Client name or full name. Where supported, the name can be used as a link to open the client dashboard.

Spend

Overall spend for the period selected in the date filter. It is displayed in the client’s currency.

Wallet Balance

Current total client balance in the client currency. If applicable, the converted value in the agency currency is also displayed.

Currency

Client account currency.

Email

Main email address of the client account.

Date

The date when the client account was created.

Campaigns

The number of inactive / active campaigns in the client account.

Actions

Available client-level actions, such as opening the transfer money/bonus panel.

The Export CSV functionality is available above the table.

5. Clients_tab

Search and Filters

The Clients tab supports search and filtering.

Search

Users can search clients using a single search field.

Search may work by:

  • Client ID - Search by one or multiple Client IDs. Multiple IDs can be entered separated by commas;
  • Сlient name - Search by character match;
  • Сlient email - Search by character match.

Date Range

A date range filter is available.

By default, the selected period is last week.

The selected period affects:

  • client spend;
  • summary values;
  • charts;
  • related metrics.

The system remembers the last selected period for the user.

Sorting and Pagination

The Clients table supports sorting for selected columns, such as:

  • Client ID;
  • Currency;
  • Spend;
  • Wallet Balance;
  • Date.

Pagination is available for long client lists.

Column Customization

Users can customize which columns are displayed in the Clients table. This allows each user to adjust the view to their workflow. Selected column settings are saved for the logged-in user.
