Working with the Ads List

From the Campaigns page, click a campaign name to open its Ads tab. You’ll see the full list of creatives for that campaign.

🔸 Search using the top bar by: Ad ID (supports comma-separated IDs), Title, Description, or URL.

🔸 Toggle status with the On/Off switch. Turning it on sets the ad to Active; turning it off sets it to Paused.

🔸 Ad ID is the unique identifier for each creative.

🔸 Status shows the ad’s current state. You can click the reason for rejected/blocked items (the status label itself isn’t clickable). The statuses:

  • On moderation – awaiting review.
  • Rejected – declined by a moderator.
  • Blocked – stopped by a moderator or system; won’t serve until unblocked.
  • Active – eligible and in rotation.
  • Paused – not serving until re-enabled (by client or account manager).

Media section (within the list)

  • Copy the ad’s destination URL directly.
  • Preview by clicking the image (opens in a new tab).
  • Switch between Desktop and Mobile tabs.
  • See previews for four widget formats: smart, in-article – impact, under article, sidebar.
  • All previews are clickable.
  • When clicked, the ad link uses a {click id} parameter.

🔸 Per-ad actions

  • Edit – opens a sidebar with the full editor (disabled while the ad is “on moderation”).
  • Delete – confirms via pop-up; once confirmed, the creative is removed from the list.

Ads Creation Interface

Open the Ad creation form. Click Create to open the ad builder.

Creative_interface_4

Select a campaign to enable the form. If you opened the builder from a campaign’s Ads list, that campaign is preselected. Until a campaign is set, all fields remain disabled.

Creation interface layout has three areas:

  1. Ads list (miniatures/variations) - shows how many creatives you’re creating.
  2. Ad builder - where you enter details.
  3. Preview - how the ad will look before saving.

The Ads list section

You can create up to 100 creatives at once.

If multiple campaigns are selected, the total is split across them (e.g., 50 + 50). The variation counter updates as you add/remove items and reflects how many campaigns are selected.

In the miniature panel, you can select, delete, or clone ads.

Creation uses a combinatorial approach: pick several campaigns, add multiple Content URLs and Titles, then upload media.

The number of content URLs will be multiplied by titles and the media you upload. For example, the system will generate nine Ads if you have three URLs, three titles, and one media.

Ad builder section

The builder part has the following areas:

  • Campaign name: shared by all creatives; choose from the dropdown.
  • Content URL:  landing page link (use full https:// URL).
  • Title: short, specific, and polished; avoid typos, excessive punctuation. Do not use ALL CAPS or multiple exclamation marks.
  • Media: choose clear, eye-catching images that still look good when small and match the offer/message. Light graphic edits (e.g., logo or “SALE”) are fine—avoid clutter.
  • Description: add offer details, discounts, or unique selling points; note some widgets don’t show descriptions, so make sure the title stands on its own.
  • Call to action: select from the dropdown to help drive conversions.
  • 3rd party pixel: This pixel acts like a digital receipt, tracking ad views across platforms. Add up to 3 pixels or JavaScript tags to collect and share ad data.

Preview section

  • Desktop shows three aspect ratios: 16:9, 3:2, 1:1, with visible fields (Title, Description, CTA) only if filled.
  • Advertiser's name is taken from the campaign. If multiple campaigns with different names are selected, a placeholder appears.
  • Mobile preview is also available with three viewing options.

Switch between Desktop and Mobile at any time.

The focal point activates after at least one image is uploaded; it’s not available for videos. Clicking it opens a side panel with the main image and the three aspect ratios.

Place the focus marker on the most important area; the system uses those coordinates to guide cropping across formats.
